PilatesOk, so I know I need to start to do some excercise.  Ran out of excuses.  Not pregnant anymore, have flexi time, have a support system that rocks…  So I decided to try Pilates.  First I had to google to check that it’s not weird or dangerous – I don’t want to get spiritual or be hypnotised..

So after feeling calm and collected about the fact that it really is not dangerous or weird I contacted the instructor and made my first appointment.  I must admit, google is awesome.  Googled some moves, clothes to wear and terminology so that I at least sound informed.

Just so you know, “Core, Anchoring and Frame” has nothing to do with the middle of an apple, reading the news or something you put a picture in.

So I survived (and really enjoyed) the first class!!  Now the challenge is to fit it into my schedule and to make sure I attend classes regularly.
